Okay, so, it's starting to dawn on me how much time I have left to crank out the two cosplays I have planned this year. One isn't so much as an issue as the money is to buy 90% of it while the other will be completely time consuming.

So, I guess we've all established that I am quite poor this year.
So, my cosplays will be recycles. Which is actually perfectly fine with me.

Scrap all of my other cosplay plans cause only Yoruichi is happening.

1. Yoruichi [most likely her Corps Commander outfit]
2. Rodo [will be redone, >3 a shorter skirt, a tighter blouse, and hopefully a parasol]
3. Nirvana [as is; maybe some new anklets]

I was gonna do Puchiko but I forgot that I wear my hair short now. XD Crap.

4. Nico Robin [8 year old version, screw not having sky blue eyes.]

Aaaand. That's it.
I was all excited to go to Downtown Disney in costume, but I forgot that it's in Long Beach this year. *cry*

But, good news is, Oreskaband is going to be there so I HAVE to get concert tickets because I HAVE to go and watch them. Oh yes.

Oh noes!

Well, the Halloween Party for AFA is coming up and I don't have access to a sewing machine [its not like I can sew, but still, I do need one] which puts me in a very tight spot. All of my cosplays are at my Aunt's house in Yucca valley, which is out in the desert about 1.5 hours away.

I do have a black...kimono and I would cosplay as Kurotsuchi Nemu from Bleach, BUT, not that many people know her BUT it would have been easy to make her outfit since all I need is white fabric and some hair extensions. SO. I may get some white fabric and handstitch the obi and the add-ons for the color and sleeves. We'll see.

Cosplays for Anime-Expo 2007.
The event that excites me more than my graduation.

Anyway, these are group cosplays. And since I haven't thought much about my individual cosplays next year, this is pretty much it. Unless sometime during the course of the year I think of someone I'd like to do, then I'll do it.

I do have one supersecret cosplay...Staci started it, well, among our group...so now almost everyone has a supersecret cosplay for next year. ^^;;

Aisha Clanclan - Outlaw Star
She has dark skin. I have dark skin. Yay! I hope I have fun with her. I want to get fangs too~ and a tail. I have about 10 reference pictures, she has a tail in about 4 of them...I'm excited for this group, but if we don't end up doing it, I'll still cosplay as her.

Miwako Sakurada - Paradise Kiss
Miwako-chan! She's adorable! D: I just realized that with my platforms I'll be as tall as Anji (who will be Yukari), and Miwako is suppose to she WAY shorter than her...>> We'll see what happens. The colors will be pink and brown (to match my shoes, which are brown), of course there'll be more pink than brown. I was originally going to use a plain pink fabric, but now...it'll be cuter if I find a pretty patterned one.

Hsien-Ko (Lei-Lei) - DarkStalkers aka Random Fighting Games group
The moment I saw her at Teresa's house during the new year (while playing Pocket Fighters) I wanted to cosplay her. I get to be blue. And I get to have awesome claws. I have to go find awesome blue body paint...and figure out a way to make her claws. She'll be fun though~

Akimi - Shimotsuma Monogatari aka Kamikaze Girls
Akimi...she's cool, enough glitter in her hair to slighty blind someone. I need more pictures of her...But, it'll be fun! Cause I get to dress up as a yanki -sniker- But, her boyfriend...x_o

Uehara Misato/Tsuzuki Mai - Nana (She isn't loli-esque in this picture, but it was the only one I could find. This picture screams "spoiler" but I 'm not going to say anything.)
She's Nana's crazy fangirl. And very gothic lolita, but that changes later on in the manga. I don't mind making her costume, since it is gothic lolita. I don't think I need a wig cause she changes her hair color alot and she does have black hair at one point. It'll help with my gothic lolita-ness since I'm starting to buy 4-5 inch platforms...OH. And I should carry an expensive looking bag around during the con and at photoshoots to pretend to give it to Barrie(aka Nana O.) :D

I will be working with stage make-up (to make me look lighter)...Staci and Anji mentioned a place where I could buy some, but I forgot what it was. And I need to experiment with make-up more this year, for Miwako and Mai. Fake eyelashes, and eyeshadow! And lipgloss...which make my lips look weird. But I guess its okay. But, I'm not a make-up girl. So I'll be learning a lot this year. Along with two AP classes and being a senior. I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up bringing my cosplays to school and working on them there.
